Luc ZECCHINON Chairman	Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Oil & Gas – Process – Piping – LP Gas Expert 27 years of experience in Management, Engineering, Design, Procurement and Construction works in the field of Oil and Gas projects worldwide, mainly in LPG sector. As Project & General Manager, he managed LPG EPC contracts in Belgium, Tunisia, Algeria, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Nigeria, etc. Bangladesh, as Project Director, he has fully managed LPG project of OMERA LPG Ltd (main terminal, satellite plants, barges, plants extensions). He has been appointed with DEC as Consultant Company by Sena Kalyan Sangstha for LPG import terminal construction and he is presently managing many LPG’s projects in Nigeria and Bangladesh.
Bruno ZECCHINON Managing Director	Process Manager – Oil & Gas – LP Gas Expert 04 years of experience in conceptual design, engineering, procurement and construction works in the fields of oil and gas, especially in LPG sector. He manages the Project Engineers and Project Leaders of the company and is in charge of all mechanical specifications, calculations and technical documents such as: data sheets, P&IDs, PFD, FAT, SAT, technical support, site survey, supplier selection, FEED. Recent works: LPG storage and bottling plants in Algeria, LPG expertise and design in Algeria, Gabon, LPG barges in Bangladesh, LPG terminal in Nigeria, etc.
Bernard BRUYERE Deputy General & Commercial Manager	Chemical Engineer 28 years of experience in Engineering, Turnkey projects in the fields of Oil & Gas and Environment: solid waste & waste water treatment plants, Cogeneration units, Oil & Gas storage and distribution projects worldwide. Acting first as Project Manager, with daily management, from project kick-off meeting up to final acceptance certificate, including project execution planning, call for tender, orders, change orders, expedition, erection follow up and commissioning. Then, as Contract and Commercial Manager, he is taking care of contracts negotiation with Clients, Partners and local Subcontractors, mainly in Oil and Gas sector. Recent works: EPC and EPS contracts for LPG storage and bottling plants for TOTAL, ORYX, NAFTAL, GPLSA, KAMA, AREVA, GASTEM, NOCK, … for projects located in Tunisia, Gabon, Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Algeria, Congo Brazzaville, Ivory Coast, Niger, Angola and Guinea.
Bertrand LEBRUN Technical Manager	Mechanical Engineer – LPG Process – Piping – Steel Structures 27 years of experience in engineering, procurement and construction works in the fields of oil and gas, chemical, nuclear, hydro and charcoal power projects and steel factories worldwide. As Project Manager and Corporate Construction Manager, he has been involved in the development and execution of projects in Belgium, Saudi Arabia, Ukraine, France, Turkey and Brazil. Recent works by DEC: Five LPG import/export terminals in Bangladesh, four LPG satellite plants in Bangladesh, six LPG barges in Bangladesh, one LPG terminal with two spheres in Cameroun, two Butane import terminal in Nigeria, etc.

Thierry LEJEUNE Electrical Manager	Electrical Engineer – Instrumentation – Automation 20 years of experience in Engineering, Scheduling, Procurement and Construction works in the fields of chemical, oil and gas and medical projects worldwide. As Project Manager & Electrical Expert, he has been involved in the development and execution of projects in Belgium, France, Hungary, Germany, USA and Austria. Recent works by DEC: Five LPG import/export terminals in Bangladesh, four LPG satellite plants in Bangladesh, six LPG barges in Bangladesh, one LPG terminal with two spheres in Cameroun, two Butane import terminals in Nigeria, etc.
Pascal VANDERSTAPPEN Design Office Manager	Engineer in Industrial Design 27 years of experience in Design, Procurement and Construction works in the fields of oil and gas, pipeline, burning and cogeneration unit projects worldwide and in setting software in design offices in Belgium. He has held Project and Corporate management roles for the last 15 years. As Design Office Manager, Pascal has been involved in the development and execution of a wide range of projects on gases, power plants, cogeneration and burning unit projects in Belgium, France, Iceland, Algeria, Holland and Guadeloupe. He has a great and well-known expertise in AutoCad, Solid Works and other mapping specific software.
